Process

The fitting process is very straight forward.  We have the option to meet at one of the locations where I fit or we can meet at your home, office, gym or bike shop.  While the average fit last just over 2 1/2 hours, I block a 3 hours window of time to make sure that your goals are met.

My fitting philosophy: comfort = power

Your input is the most important element during the process.  You will get off and on the bike more times during the 3 hours than you do in a month of riding.  You will be asked for feedback after each and every modification.  I do not use formulas based on measurements because these formulas do not take into consideration your unique attributes.

The process:

1. Functional movement off the bike

2. Functional movement on the bike

3. Review a questionnaire about any issues with current set-up

4. Visual assessment of the contact points on the bike

5. Foot pedal interface adjustment – 5 adjustments

6. Saddle adjustment – 4 adjustments

7. Cockpit – 4 adjustments

Most of the time is actually send on the foot pedal interface because this is the foundation of a bike fit; a bad foundation will possibly lead to catastrophic issues.

COMFORT = POWER
